Cultivated in natural environment 1000m above sea level, the rice field is irrigated by the clean and unpolluted water from the mountain. Its signature black-purple colour exist naturally from a flavonoid known as anthocyanin, which is known to be high in anti-oxidants, nutrients and is able to reduce the level of free radicals in the body system. It is left unpolished to retain 100% of its nutrients and health values. Of those harvested, dedicated team from Antares Enterprise and Sarawak Specials selected the premium quality rice stocks, ensuring the rice is more flavorful, have a nutty taste and chewier after cooked.
