味之家-槟城娘惹亚参酱料食谱
材料:
味之家-槟城娘惹亚参酱 1罐
鱼肉(800公克-1公斤)/大虾(15只 随个人喜好)
剁碎洋葱
剁碎辣椒
200-250毫升水
鱼类 烹煮方式:
1)将鲜鱼清洗干净,在鱼身上划两刀,让酱料更容易吸收。
2)将鲜鱼水煮熟,捞起来放置一旁备用
3)热锅后,把【味之家-槟城娘惹亚参酱】倒入锅中加入鲜鱼,洋葱,辣椒及200-250毫升水,
开中火煮1-2分钟。美味的娘惹亚参鱼就可以上桌啦。
虾类 烹煮方式:
1)将大虾清洗干净,把虾的须剪掉并且清理虾线。
2)将大虾煮熟,捞起来放置一旁备用
3)热锅后,把【味之家-槟城娘惹亚参酱】倒入锅中加入大虾,洋葱,辣椒及200-250毫升水,
开中火煮1-2分钟。美味的娘惹亚参虾就可以上桌啦。
溫馨小提示:
可以加入羊角豆或则茄子,并且在餐点上撒些许薄荷叶及姜花这样风味更加。

WEI ZHI JIA- NYONYA ASAM RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
1 Bottle of WeiZhiJia-Nyonya Asam Paste
800-gm-1kg fillet /15 Shrimp (Depend on your preference)
Onion
Chillis
200-250ml water
FRESH FISH COOKING METHOD:
1)Wash the fish cut the fish into slices.
2)Boiled the fish on high heat for 7-8 minutes medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
3)Poura【WeiZhiJia-Nyonya Asam Paste】and add 200-250ml water on the fish with onions and chilli.
FRESH SHRIMP COOKING METHOD:
1)Wash the shrimps whiskers and use toothpick clean up the shrimps.
2)Boiled the shrimp on high heat for 7-8 minutes or medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
3)Pour 【WeiZhiJia-Nyonya Asam Paste】and add 200-250ml water on the Shrimp with onions and chilli.
Suggestion:
You can also blanch some Okra /Eggplant and sprinkle some mint leaves & ginger flowers on it,it will be more perfect.
