八珍调补汤是其中一种深受欢迎的家庭保健方法，可作为滋补有益的日常药膳。
八珍汤是四物汤（当归、熟地、白芍、川芎）补血和四君子汤（党参、白术、茯苓、炙甘草）的合方。

煲法：
1. 清水三小碗（约六百毫升）
2. 加入八珍汤料，
3. 用小火煲三十分钟，即可服用。
**（可加鸡肉）**
炖法：
1. 清水二小碗 （约四百毫升），
2. 加八珍汤料包，鸡肉二百毫克和适量的盐，
3. 用小火炖至三小时，即可服用。

Simply add in Jia Jia Le's Ba Zhen Soup herbs, add in chicken, cook for 30 minutes to 1 hour and it is ready to serve.
Cooking instruction:
Method 1:
1. Pour 3 small bowls of water (600ml)
2. Add in 2 sachets of Ba Zhen Soup herbs.
3. Cook for 30 minutes - 1 hour

Method 2:

1. pour 2 small bowls of water (400ml),
2. 2 sachets of Ba Zhen Soup herbs ,
3. 200g of chicken and some salt.
4. Stew at small heat for 3 hours.
Ingredients:
Angelica Sinensis, Ligusticum Chuanxiong, Rehmannia Glutinosa, Paeonia, Lactiflora, Radix Codonopsis, Poria Cocos, Atractylodes Macrocephala, Raid Gly cyrrhizae.
