"Zao Cai" is a type of pickled vegetables which is quite famous among the Sarawakians. The taste is sour and use to cook soup or can be use to fried mee hoon.

In Sarawak, you can find this dish mostly everyway in the town. But in KL, it is so hard to find this "Zao Cai"
