INSERTION: 
1. Always wash your hands thoroughly with a mild soap, rinse completely, and dry with a lint-free towel before touching your lenses. 
2. Put the lens on forefinger of right hand, pull down lower eyelid with middle finger and pull up upper eyelid with another hand to widen 
3. Approach lens slowly toward the cornea and attach it lightly, looking into a mirror. If the lens is attached to the cornea correctly, take finger off slowly.

REMOVAL: 
1. Wash, rinse and dry your hands thoroughly. 
2. Look up, slide the lens to the lower part of the eye using the forefinger. 
3. Gently pinch the lens between the thumb and forefinger. 
4. Remove the lens. 

STORAGE: 
- Store at room temperature (10-30 °C). Avoid direct sunlight exposure. 

REPLACEMENT SCHEDULE: 
- Daily wear

CONTENT: 
10 sterile soft hydrophilic contact lenses (62% polysihy, 38% water) in buffered saline solution.
