Direction for use

For relief: Massage Vicks Vaporub on throat, chest and back.

For use in steam: Partly fill a bowl with steaming water, add 2 teaspoonfuls of Vicks VapoRub and inhale vapours for 10-15 mins.

Do not use for children under 2 years of age.

Storage

Store below 30°C. Keep out of reach of children.
