Rainbow Therapy Hot/Cold Pack (For Knee)

Microwave Heat:
1. Put the pack into the microwave oven for about 1 minute with intermediate fire(700W).
Adjust heating time according to microwave power.

2. Hot water: boil the pack in the hot water about 8-10 minutes.
Check every minute if reach to the ideal temperature.

Freeze Cold:
Store in the freezer about 1-2 hours to freeze the gel.

Hot Therapy:
Relieve short-term muscle and joint pain, back strains and menstrual pain.

Cold Therapy:
Relieve Injury swelling, minor burns, headache and toothache.
