4. All of our double wall cup are handmade glasses through the blow-molding process. Hence, it's normal to have a little small bubble as a marking of handmade glasses (mouth blown pieces, not defective).

5. Double layer design cup which made it heat resistance even you're pouring a hot drink in it and you won't sense any heat upon grabbing the glass. 

6. The bottom of the cup are made with strengthened high borosilicate glass.

1. IF you happened receiving a broken item, take a picture of the broken item upon receiving the parcel and we would proceed to do return & refund process.
2. Please reject the parcel upon receiving when there's a breakage or dent on the parcel, if you received a dent parcel which obliged to serve as you've accepted the risk and agreed of receiving a broken item without any compensation from us.
