1. If you order 10USD, I will send 10USD but you will receive less than 10USD due to the PayPal fee charged by PayPal.

You can tell me how many USD you want in your PayPal, then I will calculate how many quantity you need to buy. 

2. Sometimes PayPal will hold the payment for 24Hours. If it happens, they will send you an email to inform you.

3. Please make sure you add USD currency for your PayPal wallet and verify your PayPal email address.
How to do it: Go to PayPal.com => click "PayPal balance" => “Add a currency” and choose 'United State dollar'

4. For new PayPal account, PayPal will hold your funds for 48 hours. Please remind me if your funds is being held by PayPal, if you don't remind me, I will never know and your funds will be held forever.
