Ingredients: 
Water, Mushroom, Vegetable Oils (Coconut, Canola), Soy Protein Isolates, Onion, Textured Soy Pro

Cooking Instructions:
Pan Fry
1. Preheat lightly oiled frying pan at medium temperature
2. Place frozen product in the frying pan
3. Cook for 9-11 minutes or  until cooked. Turn occasionally. 

Air Fry
1. Pre-heat air fryer to 200°C 
2. Fill up the basket with frozen product. (Do not overload, one layer is enough)
3. Cook for 9-11 minutes or until cooked and serve hot

Conventional Oven
1. Preheat oven to 220°C
2. Place frozen product on preheated baking rack, bake for 22-24  minutes or until golden brown. 
3. Turning over halfway through cooking. 

Storage: 
Keep frozen, Store at or below -18°. Do not refreeze once thawed.
