These are genuine gems from mother nature (NATURAL) and depending on grade, inclusions are evidenced. Any gems that have undergone treatment (heat, irradiation etc) shall be disclosed in the description too. You can have the gems appraised (from certified gemologist appraisers) and should the gems are synthetic/lab created, i shall give FULL REFUND.
