Warranty based on rating : 

5 Star rating provided customer get  6 months warranty 
4 Star Warranty 1 month.
1-3 star will void warranty.

7DAY RETURN POLICY: 

-only applicable for damaged/defective goods
-claim to be made within 7days from date of order.


2 types of return : 

REFUND & RETURN (depend on seller choice)

-Defect/damaged goods must return to seller within 2days of goods received (depends on the product issue)
-Need to indicate a picture or video upon claim and before shipping item
-Shipping cost pay by customer during return of item
-Goods need to reach seller before the 7th day from the date of order
-It will go through QC before proceeding refund
-Refund is not applicable if damaged upon shipping or due to human-made.
-Refund will initiated to buyer's bank account
