Reusable Hot / Cold Gel Pack 
~ Special formulated gel designed to provide hot and cold therapy for muscle and join pains. Molds comfortably to different parts of body and remains flexible even when it is proven .

Direction of use :

Cold therapy
-place the hot/cold gel pack in freezer for about 2 hours for every usage. It may be left in the freezer until ready to use.
Store the gel pack in a plastic bag when left in freezer 

Hot therapy :
Gel pack may be heated in microwave or place in boiling water 

Microwave heating:
place the hot/cold gel pack in microwave and heat for 1-2 minutes for 600 watt microwave. Microwave varies in heating, be caution when heating. Continue to heat for 10-20 seconds interval till the desired temperature is achieve.  Dry or place in wrap to apply to the affected area. 

Boiling water :
boil 3/4 liter water and removed from heat, place the hot/cold gel pack in the boiled water for 5-6 minutes. Remove from water when desired temperature is achieve. Remove from the water, dry and place in wrap and apply to the affected area.
