a) Please do not check out wet/fresh/frozen items and dry items together. Please separate the check out at the end. Thank You!
b) Fresh/frozen items will be stored in 1 White foam box 'cooler box' & 1 Ice cold pack 'cooler pack".
c) Items will be delivered using our own cold truck or our 3rd party cold storage transporter to protect & maintain the freshness of your ordered items during its journey to your doorstep. 
d) Any items related that needs to be clean/cut/pack accordingly to you please drop a note on the remarks section or message us. *We seller have the final decision/right to clean/cut/pack the related items without the notice to customer or miscommunication happens & etc.
e) All items ordered by customer will be inspected by us before packing for delivery. Therefore, no return will be accepted onward.
f) No minimum order for any wet/fresh/frozen items now!
Updated shipping & handling fee for fresh/frozen items order:-
1. RM159 below (RM50 will be charged)
2. RM159-RM209 (RM35 will be charged)
3. RM209-RM259 (RM20 Will be charged)
4. RM259 above (FREE , NO CHARGES)
