Warranty and Guarantee:
•	7 Days Warranty for manufacturing defect from date of receipt - Exchange 1 to 1 (Must return with original packing)
•	For Warranty Claims please email Name/Contact Number/Delivery Address/Purchase Order Number and problems of products to multitechtrading.malaysia@gmail.com.
•	Upon confirmation, we will send a mailing address to return the products.
•	Faulty products must be returned with its original packaging including accessories/manuals/and other related items to us.
•	Delivery costs to return the products covered by customer.
•	Multitech will cover delivery costs of replacement/repaired products to customer.
•	Printed receipt will be required as proof of purchase.
•	Warranty claims which do not fulfill the conditions above will not be processed.
•	In case of product out of stock and cannot be replaced, we will refund the product cost to you.
