Personally I am using this cleansing water. Im having combination skin and my cheeks area is very dry till the skin is kinda flaky. However, this cleansing water cleans up makeup very well and at the same time moisturize the skin. Hence your skin feels soft after cleansing. I even use this for daily cleansing when I dont use make up. No prob. Can be use as toner too!
