We try our best to protect your items with bubble wrap. However, we cannot guarantee 100% that your items won't be experiencing any kind of damage / dent that happen during the delivery process as it is beyond our control.

If you feel like it's not sufficient, you may purchase our 'Extra Protection Plan'.

All orders with this plan will be double wrapped with extra bubble wrap (3 layer) / box. This might minimize the risk of broken items.

Purchase ONE Extra Protection for ONE order, not product.

ONLY the orders purchased with Extra Protection Plan are eligible for a full refund/replacement on items damaged during delivery by courier service (with the proof suggested i.e. pictures of the parcel).
