Just sprinkle CINDY & FRIENDS CAT LITTER DEODORIZER to cover the bottom of the pan and add litter. For continued freshness, sprinkle Cindy & Friends Cat Litter. Deodorizer on top of the litter in between cleanings.

Tips:
Works effectively on all types of litter and will not have impact on dumping.
