Comprehensive analysis in writing this book compares between cessie and eve in general civil view with fikih so that it can be applied in the resolving dispute of sharia economic economics that do not contradict islamic law principles. The diskussion of the book has found bright spots surrounding the diversion of debt in the concept of civil law as well as in sharia economic systems. Compactly, in civic law of debt diversion can be done with three mechanisms, namely: cessie, subrogation and nonvasion. As for in the sharial economic laws seized in fatwa DSN-MUI, the concept of diversion of money can be carried out through the evelah scheme or bai al-dain, although this last is still a legitimate that then two schemes became the foundation for occurring Subrogation and nonnovation based on sharia principles.
