糙米的根本是保留米糠壳，宝宝百味以特别技术把米糠和胚芽取下制成米糠片所以保留了糙米和胚芽营养，而且令米康及胚芽在烹煮过程中溶于水中容易被bb 吸收，保护宝宝肠胃。

一粒小小粒的米糠片，已经保留稻米70%的营养，支持宝宝健康营养。一颗小小粒的白米保留胚乳。

因为胚芽和米糠片的营养成分是属于水溶性的，在过度清洗或浸泡会令养分流失。

因为米粒已预先浸泡及干燥处理再利用特别技术风干，处理过后的米比一般的米烹煮时间缩短三分之二，更容易烹飪更加容易讓寶寶吸收。而且胚芽米不适合煮太久煮越久胚芽营养流失就越多。

使用方式 
米粥：50克（2.5汤匙）BB胚芽米加入400毫升清水，水滾煮10分钟，加蓋焗5分钟，即成软綿米粥
米饭：50克（2.5汤匙）BB胚芽米加入80毫升清水，隔水蒸15分钟即成松软米饭（可依个人喜好減少或增加水份量调较稀稠度）
