DELIVERY TIME
- After your order has been processed, it will take approximately 3 to 7 days (Monday to Friday) to arrive, depending on destination. Upon shipping, you will be notified via email of your order's shipping details. 

WARRANTY
- If there is defect on the items you receive or we send you the wrong items, please kindly contact us within 24 hours (1 day) and deliver back to us within 7 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please keep the packaging well and return the goods as a whole. 
- We will not be responsible if your shipment is lost or damaged during the return transmit. However, customer may claim the compensation for the relevant deliver company. 
- Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund or replacement within 14 business days after the confirmation. 

ARTWORK DESIGN
- For any special request on Artwork and Logo Printing, please contact us via live chat.
- The charge for the artwork design and printing is RM30.00 (Free of Charge if purchased 50 pieces above). 
- After Artwork confirmation, it will take 3 days to process and approximately 3 to 7 working days (Monday to Friday) to arrive, depending on destination.
- Take note that artwork confirmation only can change for 4 times, exceeded changes will charge RM10.00 per times.
