Applications: It can be used to bond, seal, repair, and secure various substrates (glass, metal, fabric, vinyl, plastics, weather-stripping, vinyl tops, etc.). Directions: 1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dirt, grease, oil or water. Puncture tube with cap. 2. Apply product to substrate. 3.
