- How to use: soak gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes. When soft, take out to drain.
- For cold dishes: warm the soft gelatine and use a spoon to dissolve. Cold food stir well and pour into gelatine mixture
- Attention Do not do the opposite.
For hot dishes: warm gelatine after soaking softly, add gelatine to a hot dish.
Note: do not boil gelatine directly on the stove.
