With 9g RUF organic bread yeast, you can prepare for all cakes and savory.
Unlike baking powder, pancake, cake.... active dry yeast is the ingredient used mainly when making bread, pizza, cakes. Dumplings, beef cakes, pepper cakes and many other cakes need porosity. The yeast blooms make the cake blooming through the brewing process. In other words, yeast blooms are living microorganisms capable of secreting enzymes such as carbon dioxide (CO2) to help promote the fermentation of the powder, thereby making the powder. Hatch and help the cake increase size, swelling and softer foam.
