We are using 3rd party courier service for delivery and we will ship out to them within 1 - 3 days.
Kindly take note that chocolates are highly temperature-sensitive products. They might melt a little during delivery, please do not press on them when you received the package and keep them in the fridge for 30 mins before you unwrap the package.
We do not accept refund or exchange unless wrong item is received by customer.
