Super easy to use and clean
This stone is ready to use, seasoning is not required. Once the stone is properly preheated, it will provide you great crispy crust
1. fully preheat the stone to 260c before baking. For home oven, it may take 60mins (depends on the performance of the oven). If using a grill, preheat to 260c may take about 30 mins
2. when the stone is hot enough to bake, transfer your pizza / bread to the hot stone
3. Use wet clean light towel to clean the stone or wash with water before first use (do not use any detergent) and then dry it
4. After baking, just sweep away the cornmeal or dough particles. If needed, you scrape away the residue with flat scraper and soak your stone in hot water
5. Running the self-cleaning cycle of your oven or burning the stone directly on burner will help cleaning the stone.
