1- Rendam dalam air selama 15 minit, sehingga dihidrat(mengembang),
2- Lap sehingga kering
3- Letakkan di dalam peti sejuk dengan posisi plastik yang bercetak di sebelah bawah selama 24 jam.
Note: Semasa guna sila masukannya ke dalam beg plastik.
** Sila simpan di dalam peti sejuk beku apabila tidak digunakan atau untuk kegunaan akan datang.
**Ia boleh digunakan berulang kali selagi tidak bocor.
