With longer and bigger surface, you are able to land kick, knee elbow and etc. The punching bag are original from Everlast Factory. Made our of PVC outer shell and Inner Nevertear Webbing which promise quality and durability. The hanging mechanism is made out of nylon strap which prevent fracture to bone and reduce noise by 70%. Nylon Strap is as durable as steel chain. Hence, no need to worry for durability. PVC leather is very durable and help to preserve the shape of the punching bag longer. You may come across PU bag from most gym which showed sign of wear and tear after 3 year of heavy usage. For Filling of Punching bag: We advised to use old garment/ cloth for hygienic purposes. Please do not fill the punching bag with natural material as it will lead to cultivation of harmful, bacterial, virus and fungus . Material such as, sand, saw dust, wood chipping, bean and the like are not recommended for punching bag usage. Sand is highly not recommended sue to it sharp edges and heavy weight.
