冬季温着饮，方法是将酒隔水加温至 40-45’C， 特点是酒香浓郁， 酒味柔和。 其他季节冰冻着饮， 冰冻方法是将原瓶放入冰桶或冰桶内冷藏至3‘C左右即可， 特点是就像会慢慢散发， 清凉爽口， 能品出酒的真味。
