靓汤煮法
1. 清洗药材
2. 将药材放入锅内,加入2公升水
3. 以大火煮至沸腾,转小火煲约90分钟
4. 加入适量盐调味

Cooking instruction
1. Rinse the ingredients.
2. Put the ingredients into a pot, and add 2L of water.
3. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to a simmer and cook for 90 minutes. 4. Add a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
