1, image printing
Install the dark weak solvent thermal transfer paper on the applicable printer, set the relevant printing parameters according to actual needs, and output the desired image through the computer and printer, and present it on the thermal transfer paper.
2, image cutting
The image is first made through the PS cutting path, and then the contour of the printed image is cut by the cutting plotter.
3, lamination transfer
The film of the white portion and the hollow portion around the cut image is peeled off (discharged), and then a special matching positioning film (transfer film) is composited on the image surface by a cold heading machine, and finally peeled off, and the image is transferred. On the positioning film (transfer film)
4, image pressing
- Preheat the heat press to a suitable transfer temperature of 125-165 ° C (temperature is recommended due to conditions).
- Place the front of the picture on top of the substrate.
- The medium pressure of the heat press machine is about 10-15 seconds. The support is taken out and the positioning film (transfer film) is removed after cooling.
5, washing
- It is not possible to wash within 24 hours after hot stamping.
- Wash with warm water or cold water below 40°C. Do not use bleach or alkaline detergent to avoid washing the transferred image. Do not wring it out or expose it to sunlight.
- Do not dry clean.
