We are currently using 2 type of courier - DHL & J&T, then shopee will random select one of it. Any damaged/dented during delivery process is non refundable as we tried our best to wrapped and packed in a box. Sorry for causing inconvenience n thank your for your understanding. Packing box are by random pick (could be detergent box or food box). However we will wrap it and make sure no smell that goes into the product.
