TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PURCHASE:- 1) The Voucher shall exclusively be redeemed by the registered owner of the vehicle. 2) In the event the purchased merchandise is damaged/defective upon delivery, MyTukar shall bear full responsibility for exchange. 3) For merchandise return, the following conditions apply: a. The issue must be reported to MyTukar within 7 days of your receipt of the product. b. MyTukar must be contacted immediately if products are damaged upon shipping. c. A detailed description of the damage must be provided to the Customer Care team. d. Product(s) is returned in the condition it was received. 4) MyTukar will inspect and verify the conditions of the Vehicle during the first inspection conducted prior to the Bidding Event. Thereafter, MyTukar will enter a process with you to complete the sale and purchase of the Vehicle. You are obliged to deliver all necessary documentations required for the transfer of ownership of the Vehicle (“Transaction Documents”) and the physical possession of your Vehicle to MyTukar within 3 to 5 business days after accepting the offer or bid. An appointment will be made at our inspection hub for the transfer of ownership and the delivery of possession. 5) MyTukar will remit the full purchase price of the Vehicle (less the applicable Service Fee) to you within 72 hours upon our receipt of all the Transaction Documents and the Vehicle provided always that the full purchase price has been received by MyTukar from the Dealer or purchaser. 6) No refunds or cancellation is permitted after the conclusion of a Sale Transaction. 7) MyTukar reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained at our sole discretion.
