Ingredients: 1 bottle of Lao Chu Fang curry chicken paste 200g of potatoes (cube size) / any preference of ingredients Garlic & Shallots (chopped together) 1.5kg of chicken pieces (whole pieces) 200ml of water *you may add in fresh milk / coconut milk Instructions: 1) Heat the oil in a pan, fry the potatoes slightly; drain the oil, and cook the chicken until half cooked. 2) Leave a little oil and sauté the minced garlic and shallots. Add [Lao Chu Fang chicken curry paste], half-cooked chicken + potato and stir fry together, and finally add 200ml of water. 3) Boil on high heat, and then adjust medium heat to make the chicken pieces soft and well cooked. (*If you wish to have a more gravy curry, you may add coconut milk into it) 4) Lastly, ready to serve! Serving suggestion with Curry Chicken: 1.White rice 2.Toasted bread 3.Roti Canai Suggest: Half bottle may serve 3-4 pax Serving size : 6-7 pax 材料: 【老厨方 - 咖喱鸡酱】 (1 瓶) 1.5公斤鸡(整只) 200公克马铃薯(切块) 蒜粒 和 小葱(一并剁碎) 200毫升清水 (*也可以准备鲜奶 / 椰浆加入) 烹饪方式: 1) 起锅热油,将马铃薯略炸;沥干油,将鸡煮至半熟备用。 2) 留少许油爆香蒜蓉和小葱碎。加入【老厨方- 咖喱鸡酱】和半熟鸡肉和马铃薯块一并翻炒,最后加入200毫升清水。 3) 大火烧滚,然后调制中火让鸡肉块变软熟透,即可。(欲煮浓咖里,可随意加入椰浆) 4) 完成! 也可以塔配咖喱鸡一起食用: 1. 白米饭 2. 烤面包 3.
