COOKING METHOD
1. Rub inside and outside of the chicken / chicken pieces with ' Herbalton Ipoh Salted Chicken Spices Mix' and left it at least 3 hoursin the fridge. Leave it overnight for better result.
2. Wrap the chicken / chicken pieces with aluminiun foil. (Aluminium provided in the package)
3. Steam or roast the chicken in the oven with (350F/180C) for approximately 1 hour until cooked.
