The 4g size sachet is made of high quality herbs produced in a GMP certified factory. It consists of manjakani, akar serapat and mas cotek (hard to find herbs) amongst many others.

For yoni the water should be 1 scoop full and boil the sachet together for 45 mins on low medium heat.

#please do drink water before the steam bath
#make sure you are able to adjust to the heat accordingly.
For body steam bath:
1. Half a pail of water and boil for 1 hour
2. Transfer in the pail like the photo given
3. Sit on a low Stool and wrap around the pail together to you body using batik or long towel
Make sure before sitting that the heat is resistible and wait till cool down for you to be able to adjust to the heat.
Shower only after 10 mins.
