- Steam Cake Mix 发糕粉 > 500g
- Water 水 > 300g
Method of Preparation 做法 :
1) Mix well all ingredients in mixing bowl until smooth.
将所有材料搅拌均匀
2) Pour batter into mould until 70% full. Steam in high heat for 15-25min. Depend on size.
把面糊倒入模型至70%满，以大火蒸15-25分钟，取决于杯子大小。
