Extended Warranty Terms and Conditions This Extended Warranty contract is applicable for TV products which are covered under the Extended Warranty contact and valid in Malaysia only. This Extended Warranty coverage period is valid as stated in the certificate. This contract provides free labour and parts replacement for defects arising from mechanical and electrical breakdown of the parts or components within the period of extended warranty. All defective replaced spare parts shall not be returned to the owner. The Extended Warranty Certificate must be presented at Service Counter before any repairing or service job to be carried out. All claims on repair & replacement of parts should not exceed the product purchase price printed on the Extended Warranty Certificate and reserves the right to replace the product under extended contract, with a current equivalent model after attempt to repair the product fails.
