支竹
支竹是腐竹的一种。支竹又分长支竹，中支竹，短支竹。都是豆制品。腐竹的形状有很多的，扁薄的叫扁竹，条状的叫支竹，还有棍竹等。市场上的两种产品颜色也有所不同，支竹颜色是浅黄，腐竹是深黄。
干枝竹虽然口感没有腐竹幼滑但更有嚼劲，用来煲煮十分适合。
