Product Description
Rojak Sauce is also known as Sambal Rojak. It is cooked using prawn paste, chilli, belacan and sesame seeds to produce a unique Malaysian-style salad dressing or dipping sauce. It is often tossed with a mixture of cut fruits and vegetables, roasted/boiled cuttlefish, fried dough crullers and crushed roasted peanuts.
