Preparation and Storage
Cooking Instructions:
Pre heat wok. Add Cheffaro Asam Fish Paste and stir under medium heat until fragrant. Add in 450 ml water and bring to boil.
Add in 600 grams fish. Cover lid and simmer at medium heat for 10 minutes.
Add sliced tomato, okras (lady fingers) and onion. Cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.
Serve 6-8 persons
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight and heat. Refrigerate after opening.
