Sedap gak tu. kalau nk bg perisa coklat, hanya tambah serbuk koko dan lebihkan sedikit mentega/marjerin. vanilla hanya sbg pewangi n x perlu tukar. Biskut Buah Kana Bahan-bahan : 1 1/4 cawan tepung gandum 1/2 cawan tepung kastard 1/2 cawang tepung jagung 1/2 cawan marjerin / mentega 1/2 sk serbuk penaik / baking powder 1 biji telur 1 sk esen vanilla - optional 1/2 cawan gula kastor (dikisar halus) - jika menggunakan gula aising, lebihkan sedikit sukatannya. jem secukupnya Cara-cara : Tepung gandum, tepung jagung, tepung kastard dan serbuk penaik diayak bersama. Pukul gula, mentega dan telur hingga sebati. Masukkan vanila, kacau rata. Masukkan tepung. Uli perlahan menjadi doh. Simpan di dalam bekas kedap udara sementara membentuknya. Untuk membentuk, ambil sedikit dan tekan ke dalam acuan buah kana. Ketukkan acuan dan susunkan biskut ke dalam dulang pembakar yang sudah dilengserkan dgn mentega/marjerin. Bakar pada 180 C selama 20-25 min atau hingga masak. Sapukan jem yg digemari pada biskut dan tutup kemas. *** Sapu jem semasa biskut tengah panas supaya ia cepat kering dan melekat dgn sempurna. Canarium Nuts Biscuit Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 cup custard flour 1/2 cup cornstarch 1/2 cup margarine / butter 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 egg 1 tbsp vanilla essence - optional 1/2 cup caster sugar (finely ground) - if using icing sugar, add a little more. jam to taste Wheat flour, corn flour, custard flour and baking powder are sifted together. Beat sugar, butter and eggs until well combined. Add vanilla, stir well. Add the flour. Knead slowly into a dough. Store in an airtight container while shaping. To shape, take a little and press into the kana fruit mold. Tap the mold and arrange the biscuits in a baking tray that has been greased with butter/margarine. Bake at 180 C for 20-25 min or until cooked through. Spread your favorite jam on the biscuits and cover tightly. *** Rub the jam while the middle biscuit is hot so that it dries quickly and sticks perfectly.
