功效：清热化痰，生津利尿，润肺润肠，健脾补血，清凉降火，排热润喉
煮法：
1.3公升的水煮1小时即可。可做4到6人份
2.八宝凉茶的材料用水冲洗干净后, 加入适量的清水放入锅.
3.大火煮开及关小火慢煲1个小时.
4.煮好之后放入黄糖或冰糖, 煮滚后过滤即可食用.
