Convenient mix to produce fluffy waffles just by adding water, eggs and oil.
Ingredients
Bakerman Waffle Mix - 500g
Water - 500g
Eggs (2 pcs size A) - 100g
Oil - 50g
Cooking Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients into a mixing bowl.
2. Stir well by using spatula until the ingredients are well blended.
3. Pour 100 - 120g batter on to a pre-heated iron waffle maker.
4. Cook to desired colour.
