Product Description

HOW CAN COOKING MANDI RICE INGREDIENTS • 1kg Basmati Rice. • 30g Alnoor meat /Chicken mandi spices • 15g Alnoor Rice Mandi seed spices . • 1/2 cup of Oil. • 1kg of Meat or Chicken. • 1 Onion.4 Cloves of Garlic. Method: Add 6 cups or more of water + 4 Clove of garlic to the Meat/Chicken and cook it for about an hour until it becomes well-cocked. Chicken takes about 30 minutes to be well-cocked. Filter the meat/chicken and leave it aside. Brush properly the meat/chicken with Alnoor Meat/Chicken Mandi spices then wrap it with foil properly, place it in the oven for 10 minutes. Wash the rice and soak it in warm water for 1/2 an hour. Put the sliced onion and Alnoor seed spices with oil in a pot over low flame for a few minutes, until it takes the orange golden color, Add the suitable amount of water (Usually for 500 grams of rice 4 cups) After boiling put Alnoor Rice Mandi power spices, (Add the salt as desired). Add the soak rice with stirring it softly for 2 minutes. Cover the vessel and leave it on a low flame after boiling for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the preferred color of rice (saffron or egg yellow) as desired and mix with rice. Pour the rice into the serving dish, place the meat/chicken over it and serve it. Dress the dish with nuts and fried onions (as desired).
