Square sheet & Scraper of acrylic use for cake making process, especially cake decoration on smoothing the frosting into perfect cylindrical shape.

3 mm thick (Grade A) food grade cast acrylic
Inner mark is 0.25 or 1/4 inch (~6 mm) smaller than diameter
The labeled sizes are FINAL SIZE after applied frosting.
Example:
If your inner cake is 6 inch, use 6.5 inch, final cake size will be 6.5 inch.
If you want final size be 6 inch, trim your cake, and use 6 inch. Or make the cake 5.5 inch.
