Hotel check in time is 1500 hours and check out time is 1200 hours. If guest arrives at the hotel prior to check in time, the room will be subject to availability. 8. Confirmation of rooms are subject to availability. 9. In the event of a situation whereby the Property cannot provide accommodation as previously confirmed for whatever reason, the Property will undertake to relocate guests to a comparable alternate hotel property at its absolute discretion with no additional cost to the guest, The alternative offered are at the guest who wish to choose a property of a higher standard other than offered under this conditions, the guest will be required to pay any price difference. 10. One (1) day admission tickets with quack express to Sunway Lagoon will be issued upon check in based on the number of guests in a room (not more than 2 adults) 11. The Sunway Lagoon tickets include entry to ALL parks, including all rides, activities and attractions within the theme park. Not applicable for pay-per-ride activities: Bungy Jump, G-Force X, Go Kart, and Scuba Diving. 13. The Sunway Lagoon tickets and quack express are only valid during the stay period at Sunway Clio Hotel. 14. Sunway Lagoon operation hours: Monday to Sunday, 10am to 6pm (closed on Tuesday except Public Holiday & Malaysia School Holiday).
